Where to Buy

KP24's Dual Action Lice Comb design eliminates the hard work involved in removing head lice and their eggs. KP24's Dual Action Lice Comb detangles knots with the wider tooth end to ensure that the fine metal tooth comb end can glide through the hair, without snagging or pulling. The rounded edges on the metal comb teeth make them effective yet gentle on the scalp.

It is important to remove the nits that are found closest to the scalp, as these are the youngest of the nits. If these nits are not killed or removed, they will grow with the hair shaft and will hatch in 7-10 days, causing on-going infestation.
Apply head lice treatment as directed to kill head lice and eggs, followed by KP24 Lice Egg Remover or KP24 RADPI Combing Solution as directed. Detangle hair using wide teeth comb. Separate 1 inch sections of the hair. Place metal tooth comb at 45 degree angle as close to the scalp as possible, then lightly comb, passing through the hair strands.
